“BISIKAN PONTIANAK” TAKES VIEWERS INTO A TERRIFYING TALE FILLED WITH MYSTERY AND THE SECRETS OF AN ANCIENT LEGACY.

 

 

Kuala Lumpur, August 2026 – Viewers are set to experience a mystery-filled horror production through BISIKAN PONTIANAK, a Unifi TV Original premiering on Unifi TV’s DEGUP channel from 31 August 2026. Produced by Golden Adventure Creative Sdn Bhd, Bisikan Pontianak is a horror film that blends elements of fear, mystery and family conflict. The film is directed by Faizul A. Rashid, with a screenplay written by Sophilea.

 

Bisikan Pontianak follows a family bound by an old secret arising from a pact with a supernatural entity, passed down through generations. The story begins when a remote village is plagued by mysterious incidents, including the sound of crying at night, unexplained deaths and sightings of a pontianak haunting the villagers.

 

 

All the disturbances lead back to an old wooden house belonging to Suraya, a woman who lives with her children after being abandoned by her husband, Arfan. When Arfan returns after years of absence, long-buried secrets begin to surface.
