Famous actress Uqasha Senrose, 32, is back in the industry after taking a 2-year break from acting because she just gave birth to her first child with her husband Kamal Adli, who is also known as a Malaysian actor. This familiar name is always mentioned by fans and viewers because of her beauty and acting excellence which has managed to steal the hearts of many.

The film Bisikan Dosa directed by Faizul A. Rashid is produced by Yusrych Global Sdn Bhd. This horror film features Uqasha Senrose as one of the main actors with the role of Zara, Ayden’s late wife, played by Farid Kamal.

According to Uqasha, the character of Zara is challenging because it is the driving force behind the storyline. The story revolves around Sarimah who is haunted by the spirit of Zara’s late mother after becoming Ayden’s maid. The film also features various plot twists that attract the attention of the audience.

Uqasha is back to playing a horror character after her success in the film Paku Pontianak. For her, this time it was more challenging because she lacked self-confidence.

“A little bit insecure, but I have to play the role as a ghost because this is my first comeback after 2 years of not acting. So I hope everyone accepts it as it is.”

Zara’s special ghost makeup takes 2-3 hours to complete, which is a challenge for Uqasha. “I struggle a bit because I only have to wear the ghost makeup for a few seconds. I also have to stay up all night for my child,” she explained.

To ensure her acting was captivating, Uqasha hired an acting coach. “I re-learned to improve my acting,” she said. The film also has a sequel and a prequel, which demanded her best efforts.

Uqasha invites all viewers to support the Malaysian film industry. The horror film Bisikan Dosa will be released in Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei on 9 January 2025.
